The A.R.T.S. Community Center (Artists Revealed Through Service) is excited to welcome passionate individuals to help bring our vibrant, community-based arts programming to life. Whether you're a seasoned artist or simply love supporting the arts, there's a place for you on our team!

 Facilitator Role (Paid Position)

As a Workshop Facilitator, you will:

• Lead Pre-Curated Programs: Deliver thoughtfully designed lessons in your artistic discipline (visual arts, music, theater, dance, etc.).

• Guide & Inspire: Work with youth and/or adults, coaching participants through creative activities and helping them build confidence.

• Share Your Craft: Exemplify your artistic expertise through hands-on demonstrations and skill-building instruction.

• Collaborate: Work alongside staff and volunteers to ensure a smooth, fun, and enriching experience for all.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in your art form

• Experience working with children and/or adults in group settings

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation: Paid for each workshop/session; rate negotiated based on experience and scope

Volunteer Role (Unpaid Position)

As a Workshop Volunteer, you will:

• Support Sessions: Help with setup, sign-in, materials prep, and participant assistance during workshops.

• Encourage Creativity: Cheer on participants and assist facilitators in maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.

• Grow & Connect: Be part of a mission-driven team, gain hands-on experience in community arts, and build lasting connections.
